 put a name and intent in the memo line you cannot get an income tax receipt for the contribution.)

INDICATE   THE INTENT OF THE CONTRIBUTION (i.e. support, travel, love gift, honorarium, etc. – for example:

“Please use the enclosed $ (amount) check for the support of John Delozier.” 

(2) Or if you desire to give a gift directly to our ministry you may do so by cash or check (made out to John Delozier)…

but please note that an income tax receipt cannot be given.  A “thank you” acknowledgement letter will be sent.

For a receipt please include a name and address so we know where to send it!
